Over the years, the Italian company, leader in fitness and sport, has become the reference brand for sports champions: from the Olympics to football to Formula 1

Champions from all over the world train with Technogym. Over the years, the Italian company, world leader for products and digital solutions in the fitness, sport and wellbeing sector, has become the reference brand for champions in every corner of the world.
Since the very dawn of Technogym’s history, founder, Nerio Alessandri, understood the importance of associating his products to sports champions in terms of marketing and communication and as an opportunity to improve and refine the products through feedback from these expert and competent user athletes.

As is already well-known, Technogym was founded in 1983 in Alessandri’s garage in Cesena and, three years later, in 1986, it became the official supplier of top league team Milan with Sacchi, Baresi, Gullit and Van Basten. Juventus and Inter soon followed, together with the Ferrari Team, another historical partnership for Technogym, during which the company developed a truck gym that travelled with Michael Schumacher to all the Grand Prix races throughout the world.

Technogym has been involved in the height of sports since 2000. In fact, the company was chosen as the official supplier at the last seven editions of the Olympic Games – Sydney 2000, Athens 2004, Turin 2006, Peking 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018 – setting up, at each edition of the games, 15 athlete preparation centres for participating athletes to use.
The sports training sector is now a highly increasing market sector for Technogym, which, globally, has over 5,000 performance training facilities for athletes equipped with Technogym products and digital services. In the soccer world, besides Juventus, Inter and Milan, now Paris St. Germain, Chelsea and Real Madrid also train with Technogym. In Formula 1, apart from its historical partnership with Ferrari, Technogym is also the official supplier for McLaren and has fitted out an innovative athlete preparation centre for racing drivers at the McLaren Technology Center. Technogym is a reference brand for tennis too: Rafael Nadal has been training for years with Technogym products in his private gym inside his Tennis Academy Mallorca. In terms of tennis, Technogym has also set up fitness centres at the main Grand Slam tournaments: Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open.
